The New CEO Treats My Sex Addiction: Cast, Episodes & Where to Watch

What is The New CEO Treats My Sex Addiction about?

The New CEO Treats My Sex Addiction is a mature office romance from DramaBox with a title designed to stop your scroll. Behind the blunt name is a familiar short-drama formula: a lonely heroine, a husband who does not deserve her and a mysterious man who turns out to be the one person she cannot avoid at work. The series is aimed at adult viewers, and it handles its premise through tension and embarrassment rather than graphic content.

Vera is married, but only on paper. Her marriage was arranged, it has no intimacy at all, and her husband is cheating on her. The loneliness feeds a compulsive condition Vera has been struggling with, and as her home life gets colder, it gets worse. She decides to seek treatment, hoping to get her life back under control.

During that treatment, she meets Roy, a man who is magnetic in a way she is not prepared for. The two end up spending a night together. Afterward, Vera is overwhelmed with shame. She is still married, she was supposed to be getting better, and she has just done the very thing she was trying to stop.

She hopes she will never see him again. The next day at work, that hope collapses. Her company has a new CEO, and it is Roy. To make matters worse, Vera works as the CEO's secretary, which means she now spends every working day at the side of the man she was desperate to forget, and the constant proximity makes her condition harder to manage.

The first act is built on that collision. Vera has to keep a professional face in front of a boss who knows her most private secret, while dealing with a husband who neglects her and a marriage that exists mostly for appearances. Roy's motives are unclear: is he a threat to her job and reputation, or the person who might finally understand what she is going through?

Across 62 short episodes, the series mixes workplace drama, a loveless arranged marriage and a forbidden attraction. DramaBox files it under forbidden love and toxic relationships, which tells you the tone is more turbulent than sweet.

The New CEO Treats My Sex Addiction cast: AI-generated characters

The New CEO Treats My Sex Addiction does not have a human cast to list. Its distribution catalog lists it as an AI-generated, live-action-style production, so the characters on screen, including Vera, Roy, Vera's husband, were created with AI rather than played by credited actors. We have not found verified acting or voice credits for this title, and we do not publish names we cannot confirm.

Main characters

Vera

A woman trapped in a sexless arranged marriage with an unfaithful husband. She is quietly struggling with a compulsive condition and works as a secretary, a job that becomes far more complicated when her new boss arrives.

Roy

The alluring stranger Vera meets during treatment, who turns out to be her company's new CEO the very next day. He holds the upper hand at work, and how he chooses to use what he knows about Vera is the central question of the early episodes.

Vera's husband

The man Vera married through an arrangement rather than love. He is distant at home and is seeing someone else, and his neglect is a big part of why Vera's life feels out of control.

Why people are watching The New CEO Treats My Sex Addiction

The appeal is a premise built on maximum awkwardness. Waking up ashamed after a night with a stranger is one thing; walking into work the next morning and finding him in the CEO's office, with you as his secretary, is the kind of escalation vertical drama lives for. Every meeting, every closed door and every late night at the office carries extra weight because both of them know what happened.

It has also found an audience quickly. Vertical Charts, which tracks micro-drama performance, listed it with 23.1 million views and a #41 ranking as of October 2026, only weeks after DramaBox released it in late September.

The production is AI-generated. The series was made in a realistic, live-action style using AI rather than filmed with a credited human cast, and DramaBox's page lists no performers for it. Some viewers will not mind as long as the story moves; others prefer human performances, so it is worth knowing before you start.

Be clear about the content. This is an adults-only story about compulsive sexual behavior, infidelity and a workplace power imbalance, and Vertical Charts flags it as 18+. It is suggestive rather than explicit, but the themes are not for younger viewers, and the boss-secretary dynamic leans into the toxic-relationship territory DramaBox itself tags it with.

Tropes and themes

The one-night stand who turns out to be the boss is a classic setup in billionaire and CEO romance. The heroine assumes a single reckless night will stay anonymous, then discovers the man now controls her career. It forces the couple together and makes every workplace interaction loaded.

Arranged and loveless marriage is one of the most common starting points in vertical drama. A heroine bound to a cold, unfaithful husband gives the audience an immediate reason to root for her to find something better, even when that something is complicated.

Forbidden romance covers any relationship the characters are not supposed to have. Here the barriers are layered: Vera is married, Roy is her boss and their first encounter happened somewhere she meant to keep private.

The CEO and secretary pairing turns a power gap into tension. The boss has authority, but the secretary sees him every day and knows his habits, so the push and pull between them can shift scene by scene.

What we know about how The New CEO Treats My Sex Addiction ends

The open questions come from the official setup. What does Roy intend to do with what he knows about Vera now that he is her boss? Can Vera get her condition under control while working beside the man who makes it harder? And how long can her arranged marriage, already hollowed out by her husband's affair, survive once the truth about that night starts to matter?

What we have verified is that DramaBox lists 62 episodes, the series was released in September 2026 and no second season has been announced as of October 2026. Vertical Charts tracks it as an 18+ DramaBox title with 23.1 million views as of October 2026. We have not verified the final scenes yet, so this page does not describe them. A spoiler-tagged ending explanation will be added once we have confirmed it.
